Camping is included in the price of the ticket - just bring your tent!
Campsites will be five to ten minutes walk from the festival venue.
The campsite has all the usual facilities. You can park a vehicle next to where you camp. When you arrive for the weekend there will be a festival reception at the Llangollen Pavilion - the staff will organise your weekend pass and camping. We'll be e-mailing out a full information pack on Thursday 20th.
In the meantime if you have any questions ring Elin Williams at the Pavilion - 01978 860111 or e-mail : ENQUIRIES@ROYAL-PAVILION.CO.UK. If you don't get a response immediately don't worry, we will respond as soon as possible.
We will run a cafe at the Pavilion on Saturday and Sunday serving lunch and tea. Llangollen also has a very good range of cafes, teashops and restaurants.
If you're not a happy camper, a range of bed-and-breakfast and hotel accommodation is available in Llangollen, just a few minutes walk from the festival site. This is not included in the price of the ticket, and you'll have to arrange it yourself. A good place to start is :
